Role Purpose

Ensure satisfactory and remarkable experience to the customers by building relationship with the customers, proper welcoming to the guests and proper maintenance to the booking system.

 

 

Accountabilities

Welcome the customers within the restaurant and monitor the overall experience to ensure customers satisfaction of the service offered.

 

Build and maintain relationship with the restaurants’ guests to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

 

Implement the maintenance, hygiene, health & safety plan in the restaurant to ensure customers & staff safety & security.

 

Execute smooth running of the booking system for the customers and ensuring with the marketing department high bookings for the restaurant.

 

Develop the guest relations team through providing feedback, training, coaching….etc. in line with the restaurant’s standards.

 

Report the bookings to the restaurant general manager based on the availability of bookings to ensure proper workforce management of the restaurants.

 

Support the restaurant general manager in handling the VIP customers to ensure satisfactory experience.

 

Ensure of proper grooming and cleanliness of the team and the welcome area.

 

Ensure proper maintenance to the welcome area in line with the standards required by the brand.

 

Collaborate with the marketing team by sending the information required for posting social media posts to ensure high bookings for the restaurant.

 

Job holder accountabilities are not limited to the above mentioned, the line manager can assign additional responsibilities when required.

At least 3 years of operation in a similar position
