Role Purpose

Execute the cleanliness, sanitation, labeling and FIFO to the assigned section in line with the kitchen quality standards.

 

 

Accountabilities

Execute the assigned cooking tasks to support the section chef in preparing the menu items.

 

Responsible for the sanitation and the cleanliness of the section.

 

Execute the assigned tasks related to the hygiene and maintenance of the section in line with the highest standards.

 

Maintain the equipment and the utensils and ensure the cleanliness of the equipment at all time.

 

Consistently clean the assigned section to ensure proper application of the HACCP regulations.

 

Label the items as per the approved list provided by the section chef.

 

Apply the FIFO (first in first out) to the items of the assigned section.

 

Job holder accountabilities are not limited to the above mentioned, the line manager can assign additional responsibilities when required.
