• Supervising several Construction & Renovation Projects simultaneously
• Negotiating and coordinate with contractors andsubcontractors to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
• Resolving any issues or delays
• Agreeing timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver a project
• Reporting regularly on progress to the company management and stakeholders
• Working in an office and regular visits on construction site.
