Role Purpose
Address and resolve technical and POS software issues along with POS software setups for new location installations. The role will also support with any IT-related needs of Cooligans.
Accountabilities
- Act as the POS support liaison between Corporate, POS Vendor, and venue locations
- Provide onsite and remote support for POS including configuration, monitoring, and customization, and end-user training
- Conduct both the Root cause and analysis, all while providing venue systems POS support
- Provide full Desktop Support Services for back-office employees (hardware, software, and mobile device)
- Support in installation, relocation, and re-installation of IT equipment when required
- Develop and improve documentation to support problem analysis and resolution
- Works together with the IT team to develop and modify systems to meet current and future needs
- Keep track of IT assets on monthly basis
- Address guests’ IT related maintenance requests on ad hoc basis
