QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent in a related field, Master’s Degree is desirable
• Experience in strategy development and has knowledge of the Cultural and Creative Industries
• Minimum 4 years work experience in the field
• Experience in the following fields relevant to Cultural and Creative Industries:
• Creative Economy
• Research
• Policy Development
• Partnership Development
• Negotiation Skills
• UAE experience is preferred
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• UAE Nationals Only

ROLES:

• Conduct future foresighting studies in the Cultural and Creative Industries sector
• Develop studies and conduct benchmarking exercises to identify the gaps, challenges and opportunities for improvement within the sector
• Identify the strategic performance indicators for the Cultural and Creative Industries based on the economic and social outlooks
• Develop Cultural and Creative Industries sectoral policies and strategies to enable growth and enhance the sector’s competitiveness
• Engage with stakeholders and other concerned entities to ensure that the policies and strategies are properly adopted and implemented
• Develop frameworks and initiatives to enable an environment for the Cultural and Creative Industries to thrive
