QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Public Policy & Administration or equivalent in a related field, Master’s Degree is desirable
• Minimum 7 years work experience in the legislation field
• Experience in the following fields relevant to Cultural and Creative Industries:
• Creative Economy
• Research
• Policy Development
• Regulatory Framework Development
• Negotiation Skills
• UAE experience is preferred
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• UAE Nationals Only

MAIN ROLES:

• Design the legislative framework to regulate and enable the Creative Economy ecosystem in the country
• Conduct research and foresighting studies regarding the required legislations to regulate and enhance the Creative Economy ecosystem
• Draft laws and regulations related to Creative Economy in coordination with the relevant authorities
• Cooperate and coordinate with the concerned entities to adopt and implement the Creative Economy legislations.
