Ownership of Drop shipping and eCommerce Customer Experience operations, develop merchandising strategy by researching for trending products to introduce the best global offerings to the local customers.

- Set business model plan, marketing plan, launch plan and KPI’s

- Achieve monthly sales target in agreement with management.

- Monitor/analyzes competitive landscape and what’s trending to maximize sales and growth.

- Management of all sales channels (website, mobile apps, social etc), partners and vendors.

- Curation and management of Social Media communication with the customers

- Maintain & Share Reports on Daily/ Weekly basis to the management.
