Job Role: The Control Room Officer (CRO) will work under the line management of Control Room Team Supervisor (CRTS). Duties include monitoring the GPS, CCTV, tracking all vehicles movements and sending out Security Alerts via the emergency messaging system on advice of CRTS.

 The CRO will also ensure deliveries dispatches and transits data are accurate and updated.

Job Duties:

1. Performing Control Room daily operations with high integrity and efficiency.
2. Monitoring the company’s truck trucks using advanced GPS system.
3. Monitoring CCTV cameras on trucks to monitor smooth deliveries to clients.
4. Monitoring deliveries (loading, transit, discharge, return to yard).
5. Analysing trips duration and optimizing fleet utilization.
6. Ensuring strict compliance with company regulations by drivers.
7. Identifying on-road exceptions and taking immediate remedial action.
8. Providing trips’ updates to operations and management.
9. Developing and presenting daily management reports.
10. Coordinating with operations supervisors and drivers via phone or WhatsApp.
