• Review, validate and monitor Information Technology (IT) Business Unit’s strategic and business plan
• Establish target setting goals and validate Information Technology (IT) Business Unit’s scorecard
• Drive the design of overall Information Technology (IT) Business Unit’s strategy in coordination with relevant management reporting into the Business Unit
• Support Information Technology (IT) Business Unit’s business goals by providing input and guidance
• Oversee and facilitate the achievement of Information Technology (IT)  Business Unit strategy, objectives and KPIs
• Oversee Information Technology (IT) Business Unit budgeting cycle and lead the budgeting process
• Direct overall operations effectively within budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered to relevant top management
• Formulate strategies that result in positive financial impact for Information Technology (IT) Business Unit and mitigate financial and operational risks
• Prepare, submit and justify budget enhancement requests to relevant top management
• Review and approve business requirements and RFPs to proceed with procurement of hardware and software
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of internal IT infrastructure to ensure high level of reliability and minimize downtime
• Oversee the overall operations of IT team to ensure efficient service delivery
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place to protect the IT infrastructure in the event of a major system failure 
• Ensure critical information is restricted and robust data protection processes are in place to protect and safeguard the company information
• Review and approve content and delivery of IT trainings to ensure the delivery material effectively addresses skills gaps
• Harmonize the effort across all IT teams and ensure seamless design and integration across different platforms
• Advise senior management on how future technology can be identified and integrated into the business to improve efficiency and reduce cost, while ensuring that the business has scalable and supportable systems that ultimately drive business growth
• Review and approve the list requirements for of e-services in order to ensure alignment and compatibility to existing IT infrastructure
• Oversee the overall implementation and administration of e-services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
