Our client are a reputable Education business based in Abu Dhabi, with two exclusive schools offering the highest level of American Curriculum. They are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function.

Description
Research and identify tools, techniques, innovative approaches, best practices and reference materials that support the human resource management and developmentEnsure the development and effective implementation of HR policies Liaise and develop relationships with government authorities and other bodies relevant to HR to support the smooth approval, on boarding and management of staffEnsure the HR requirements and policies of regulatory bodies are met and adhered toBuild recruitment capacity and applicant sources through establishing contacts with recruiters, internet sites, media channels and head-hunters and ensure they are equipped with the relevant organisation info, job descriptions and benefits packagesLiaise with Marketing to attract applications through social media posts, social media groups and job advertisementsPrepare employment contracts and maintain all personnel files in line with regulatory requirementsDesign, maintain and update the employee handbookDesign and lead the implementation of the new staff onboarding process and induction programReview, develop and oversee the implementation of the performance management review processEnsure an appropriate exit procedure is in place and conducted for employees, including exit interview, processing of the experience certificate and accounts clearance


Profile

The successful candidate should demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's Degree, Human Resources preferred5 years' experience in a similar role ie. HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Manager or similar Excellent communication skillsHigh levels of creativity and initiativeExcellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
