PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1.     Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree 10 years of experience in a position that focuses on sales. In addition at least 3 years of sales experience in a management role is preferred.

2.     Past experience with conducting External Halal Audits or managing an Internal Halal Quality Assurance Program

3.     High energy individual, with a passion about supporting businesses engaged in halal market sectors

4.     Experience working in any of the following markets: Halal Food and Beverage, Halal Pharmaceuticals, Halal Cosmetics, or Halal Fashion.

5. Competent in assisting with the translation of organizational goals into a strong business model

Compensation: Commission Only (25% of sales, uncapped) and Percent Ownership (7% to 15 % Negotiable)
