1. Responsible for supervising day-to-day warehouse and dispatch activities, and maintain smooth receiving and delivery process

2. Secure dispatch targets set by Plant Manager and ensure accurate forecasting of orders

3. Ensure accurate reporting of inventory and reconcile variances accordingly on a monthly basis

4. Coordinate timely delivery of goods to stores

5. Oversee ordering and storage of raw materials in accordance to health and safety regulations

6. Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth

7. Train and supervise warehouse and dispatch employees to maximize productivity
