 Responsible on all store assets and product inventory

 Maximize sales to achieve monthly and quarterly budget

 Solve critical store operational problems following Nagwa standards including customers’ complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet monthly customer satisfaction score.

 Ensure stock is effectively measured and controlled to meet sales demand and manage waste

 Monitor the boutique’s hourly revenue and work with Retail Manager to prepare Daily Sales Report

 Confirm staff schedule accordingly in order to ensure manpower is in line with operational demand

 Ensure effective communication of sales plans and targets to the team, manage performance, development and engagement of sales associates to promote a culture of high performance and productivity.

 Perform miscellaneous shop related activities such as visual merchandising, cleanliness, display and maintenance, placing orders..
