Communicating with other teams to reach company goals, vision & mission by using company's strategy and resources.Develop a clear understanding of SiliconExpert's functions and business processes for the purpose of documenting business needs in the form of requirements. Also include these responsibilities: 1. Customer Account Management and Monitoring including usage reports 2. Customer & Product Support through support tickets, calls, and meetings, demos, trainings etc. 3. Documentation on SiliconExpert business, projects, concepts etc. 4. Manage key customer project deliveries and deadlines 5. Overall tool usage analytics to help determine key product decisions 6. Investigate software issues and root causes
