• The Electrical Supervisor will oversee a team of electricians as they maintain electrical system and implementing work schedules for the electrical staff.
• The supervisor must be effective at motivating their team, as well as giving a frank but constructive assessment of the work done. Inspecting and assessing the work done by the electrical staff.
• Supervisor should keep the system up to date. In addition to maintenance, this entails contributing improved designs and will generally involve schematics and cost estimates
• Supervisor needs to be skilled and have extensive experience in the field. Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems. Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
• Repairing and maintaining electrical equipment, PLC Systems & SCADA.
• They must be able to perform emergency repairs on their own, as well as take charge of troubleshooting their employees’ work.
• Supervisor must ensure that Spare Parts are always available for emergency repairs. They are responsible for keeping inventory of needed supplies.
• This entails coordinating with Purchase department and making purchases based on the highest priority and best value.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work area. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with electrical and safety codes.
• Troubleshooting Knowledge in PLC - Siemens Simatic Manager S7-300, S7-200 Systems, Schneider Unity Pro Software SCADA – WinCC, WinCC Flexible
