Supervise pilots across their daily duties in different areas to ensure that every shipment is picked and delivered within SLA.•Responsible for overall operational management and performance of delivery operations.•Follow up delivery with couriers according to areas and load of business•Ensure that the process and employees are working smoothly and efficiently.•Achieve KPI & SLA of delivery & pickup commitment.•Supervise pilots to ensure that safety best practices are being followed while handling shipments.•Develop delivery best practices and SOPs to operations and in collaboration with customer service.•Evaluate all aspects of employee performance and provide coaching or discipline as needed.•Provide operations staff with guidance and support to cope with volume growth.•Reassign responsibilities based on the change in volumes or geography.
