Job DescriptionStudy new projects tenders and propose cost study model.Define assumptions, constraints & risk factors with area managers.Cooperate with different business units’ operation teams to design a cost-effective operation, plan to minimize cost and increase profitability of new projects.Negotiate suppliers & subcontractors to get best offers.Revise the proposal with contractual, finance and project departments.Studying client specification and requirements, focusing on potential clients’ requirementsCost estimation to create P&L study, Cash flow with analysis for cost elements.Negotiate customers with required scope changes.Study additional work requirements and provide cost break down and propose selling price.Prepare technical proposals.Collect cost of required tools & materials from procurement department.Prepare presentations to the clients about the business unit capabilities.Follow the pipeline updates & support in solving problem facing any of the team members.
