Job Summary

The role assists and supports the Group Chief Strategy Officer to define and setup the Management Framework in PIH Group, and direct the management of the Business Performance team and KPIs champions already in place.
This position has a broad scope of work on very diverse performance management initiatives/projects across all business areas of the company. You will be responsible on design, delivery, monitoring, data management, and reporting on major strategic projects/initiatives related to the definition and implementation of Performance Management Framework in PIH Group.

Job Responsibilities 1

Performance Management
\[ Develop appropriate Performance Management Framework at Holding level and cascade the same on all company levels
\[ Manage Business Performance at all levels of the organization, being responsible of the objectives setting, implementation, and delivery of business performance solutions


Job Responsibilities 2

\[ Tracks performance of department against the business plan.
\[ Ensures that the corporate performance management system implemented in PIH is a healthy and effective tool in measuring the actual business performance against plans.
\[ Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, taking into account “international best practice, improvement of business processes, costs reduction and productivity improvement.
\[ Continues development of professional expertise and maintains an awareness of best practice techniques and tools in the area of strategic planning, implementation and analyses so that the company optimizes level of service to stakeholders.
\[ Evaluates possible scenarios with potential to significantly impact company performance, construct alternative strategies suitable for each eventuality


Job Knowledge & Skills

\[ Expert understanding of BPR philosophy. In-depth knowledge in Business Performance Management
