Managing the Logistics and Warehouse team, ensuring the smooth operations of receiving products, packaging, and shipping the products.Creating and implementing best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance.Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.Negotiating rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers.Assisting in handling the procedures for clearing our shipments from Sea Ports to the Warehouse.Providing a safe working environment, Safety, and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times.Reasonable for supervising allocation orders, sending products to the stores according to the plan.Coordinating with different departments regarding goods allocations.Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.Maintaining metrics and analyzing data to assess performance and implement improvements
