We work with some of the biggest billion-dollar-revenue brands in the US!We're looking for someone who's flexible with working evening shifts (8 hours per day) and can start immediately.Thursdays and Fridays are the weekends!Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during eventsRecruit specific roles, such as Graphic designers, SEO experts, and digital marketing-related roles.Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employeesScreen resumes and job applicationsConduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidatesInterview candidates for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hireDesign, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveysAdvise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methodsHost and participate in job fairs ( virtual job fairs )Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain a database of potential candidates for a future job openingAssists the HR department in any needed tasks
