Applications are invited for the position of Representative, Call Center Services at Niagara College KSA Corporate Office in Riyadh. Reporting to Coordinator, Marketing, the Representative, Call Center Services is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, answering questions and inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.


This position has a duration of 3 months with possibility of extension for another 9 months.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve customers by providing accurate and consistent information and resolving issues
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customers’ emails in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Maintain telecommunication system
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the Company’s policies and practices to go off-script when necessary
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
  • Other duties as assigned
