Develops and implements tendering/Contracting policies and procedures, and communicate them with all stakeholders.Assess Evaluate and monitor contracts to assure that vendors and supplies comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and to determine the need for changes.Assist in evaluating competitive offerings to determine the overall best offer for a product/service and the appropriate methods of procurement; conduct negotiation with potential suppliers to obtain agreement on pricing, delivery and other terms. Lead vendor selection and negotiation processes.Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. and follows up related claims and ensure full meeting of agreed upon conditions and terms, and to resolve any complications.Guide and direct the tender action procedures including the preparation of Tender evaluation reports.Refine and optimize tenders management organization to ensure best-in-class and fully efficient tender process workflow.Prepare and submit any reports required by the top management.Ensure the completeness of documents and required approvals to proceed with the requests.
