The Specialist is required to adhere to the following :Build and report on weekly and monthly hiring plansCreate and publish job ads in various portalsNetwork with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during eventsCollaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employeesScreen resumes and job applicationsConduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidatesInterview candidates in-person for a wide range of rolesTrack hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hireDesign, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveysTrain and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methodsFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain a database of potential candidates for future job openingsWorking Hours: 8 hours starting from 9-10-11 AMOperational Days: 5 Days a week with 2 Days offShifts: Mon-Fri fixedBenefits:Social Insurance .Overachieving bonus .Monthly Events .
