To foster section supervisors thru providing different types of   technical advice. Recommend broad and specialized production engineering technical activities. Conduct a unique and substantial personal contribution in the area of production engineering. Supports section supervisors in the implementation of policies, processes, procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner. Fosters immediate supervisors to Conduct technical evaluation and verification of contractors’ pre-qualification documents . Assesses contactor’s qualification then reports to the immediate Supervisor in order to ensure selection of the most capable contractor according to the required standards. Coordinates with other departments and contractors for operational planning & arrangement and supports the immediate supervisor to lead all production engineering operations including collection and analysis of fluid samples, well logging, well stimulation jobs, flow tests and analyses. Determines optimal production rates for well performance and improves yield while maintaining safety and integrity to ensure long term sustainability
