Gathering and analyze sales forecast and update the purchase orders, measure and monitor the operations through his valued contributions to build the KPI and reporting systems and ensuring the information are provided accurately on scheduled time to management while monitoring the whole expansion and establishment of projects across the division to ensure its following the time line 

Follow up Sales forecast with the Sales team and consolidate it from Regional Managers and get final approval from GM.

Update the planning system with Monthly Sales Forecast and other actual figures as per company policy and under supervision of line manager.

Perform and create all types of analysis across the company as requested by Management.

Prepare predefined Dashboards periodically to measure the determined KPIs and compare to the goals across all domains of business.

Analyze operational performance using ERP system, dashboards and other Microsoft applications.

Identify projects plan deviations / risks and plan preventive and corrective actions to be taken.

Organize annual and quarter committee meetings calendar, agenda, and plans.

Take meeting minutes and ensure agreed actions and decision are implemented.

Highlight possible synergies/conflict chances across different committees and functions.

Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
