Supervise the corporate computer network activities. Design, monitor, implement, and maintain local area

network hardware, software, and IP telephony communications services.

Review & Approve designs for corporate network hardware, software, and IP telephony services.

● Keep good relationships with service providers.

● Maintain appropriate implementation of policies and procedures related to network hardware and software acquisition, use,

support, security, and backup.

● Monitor and control network users, user environment, directories, and security.

● Train users on software and equipment usage.

● Respond to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to resources on the network and the operation

of various software programs.

● Communicate standards for use, operations, and security of network, personal computers, and data.

● Communicate with other departments to report and resolve software, hardware, and operations problems.

● Support department managers to develop system solutions consistent with organizational objectives.

● Assist in the researching and evaluating new technologies.

● Coordinate activities of hardware, software, telecommunications, support, and training vendors.

● Install and tests software upgrades.

● Collect and analyzes network and memory utilization.

● Implements disaster recovery procedures.

● Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned
