• Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards. • Greeting visitors, answering a high volume of incoming phone calls, and delivering world-class service to our customers.• Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.• Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required.• Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity. • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations. • Interviewing and training new office employees and organizing their employment paperwork. • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels. • Producing reports, composing correspondence and drafting new contracts. • Creating presentations and other management-level reports. • Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff. • Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order. • Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedure
