· Identifying new location for Lab and Collection site at various cities according to population, paying

capacity, our requirement and future growth prospects -This is time bound objective.

· Dealing with existing landlords who need to be talked for rent negotiation.

· Vendor selection as per policy and keeping in mind lowest quote vendor after taking minimum 3

quotations from different vendors.

· Discuss with property dealers and give them clear requirement to finalize in shortest possible time.

· Finalization of rent and other terms with landlord and reviewing as well as signing agreement in time.

Also negotiate for long rent free period.

· Review the site preparation to match the company's standards/guidelines periodically and update

management.

· Checking all needs and requirements for the new sites including MOH approvals in time.

· Communicating with property landlords in case of any operational needs for the branch or any

problem/dispute.

· Need to travel to other cities for work requirements frequently.

· Coordination with lab directors/regional medical directors/sales team for coordination of data

collection and area identification for new network.

· Creating database of entire areas (geographically, location, prices, population, healthcare

opportunities, number of hospitals etc.).
