• Handling a wide range of administrative and executive related tasksProvides administrative support for the department such as planning, organising and holding vitrual meetings, courses, and conferences. • Act as a virtual receptionist when needed i.e. welcoming and assisting visitors.• Assist in the planning and preparation of virtual meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.• Writes and maintains reports, data entries ..etc. • Producing meeting agendas and taking minutes.• Respond to public inquiries from different levels of people through email and phone calls.• Provide support to the department manager and the team.• Assist customers with registration, enrolment, learning, and examination processes.• Develop service plans and strategies.
