Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading business in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking for a Customer Experience Assistant Manager who can bridge the gap between the customer and the brand. To be successful in this role, you've to ensure that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective. The ideal Customer Experience Assistant Manager will be able to increases customer satisfaction rates, increase customer loyalty, and gain more referrals from loyal customers.

<br />- Should have experience setting Customer experience strategy with thorough knowledge of metrics.

<br />Requirements- Proven working experience as a Customer Experience or Service Manager
<br />- 5+ years' experience in Marketing, PR or Corporate Communications
<br />- Ability to think strategically and to lead
<br />- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
