We are recruiting senior architect for the Cairo monorail project (New Capital City & 6th of October City) lines.Required qualifications: 10+ years of experience working on projects of similar type and complexity (Metro, railway stations, airports), with good command of the English language.  Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervision and construction management of all architectural and finishing work.  This shall include inspection of contractors work to ensure full compliance with project design, drawings and specifications.Reviews coordination drawings and inspect implementation to ensure proper coordination is properly executed between different engineering disciplines (MEP, structural, HVAC, etc.)Design and submittal review of all architectural and finishing workProject progress schedule review and monitoring to ensure completion on time and within budgetPreparation and submission of regular progress reportsProvides technical advice, troubleshoots and resolves site problemsEnsures that safety, health and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered.
