Strategic material requirements planning achieving planning, supply chain and organizational KPIs this regard giving priorities to production plan fulfillment and keeping stock level control at safe levels.Coordination with production planning section head to supply production plan requirements in a reasonable time.Amend and update production plan in alignment with production planning section head guaranteeing sales target achievements and production plan requirements availability.Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams regarding requirements supply plan and its suitability to global plan and stock levels.Take necessary actions to cope with production and sales plan changes or production, sales or supply conditions’ changes.Do whatever it takes to improve stock utilization increasing productivity and stock value decrease.Develop material planning strategies for ordering modules, order quantities, reorder point, safety stocks and supply lead times aligned with overall organization’s directions and strategies.Periodically review all planning parameters which generates / affects requirements ordering policy / procedure with all concerned parties, and provide practical solutions if those parameters don’t fit with company’s general strategy / directions.Effective contribution in continuous improvement and cost optimization projects.
