Duties/Responsibilities:Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews).Schedule, organize and conduct interviews & related tests.Supporting in other HR functions when needed.Responsible for preparing hiring documents for newly joined employees.Handling the onboarding of new employees.Handle the resignation of existing employees and on-time replacement.Perform other tasks as assigned.The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
