Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.Follow up with customer’s orders/shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and help resolve and issues they might face.Organize Return process and refund for customers wanting to return a order.Place exchange orders for customers and effectively communicate them with our warehouse staff and follow up.Place orders in our backend system for customers wanting to order through social media direct messages or even phone calls.Monitor changes in website traffic or increases in sales.Develop and manage campaigns to increase digital sales.Answer all daily questions/inquiries received through social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email..etc).
