Job Summary

Oversees the operations of a construction site, from planning to completion. This position is responsible for daily scheduling, supervising all activities and tasks, and ensuring the safety and compliance of the site.

Job Accountabilities

Principal Accountabilities

• Maintains the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.
• Coordinates material deliveries and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the progress of the project
• Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinates and supervises all construction activities
2. Performs Quality Control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
3. Ensures that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
4. Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
5. Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
6. Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.
7. Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
8. Ensures to issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regards to quality of work or scheduling.
9. Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
10. Performs job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
11. Ensures all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy
