Program and Transition Manager - Major Project - Riyadh, KSA



Coordinate Shared Services Organization Model initiation and transition phases;

· Oversee and coordinate all aspects, as program manager between internal clients, line management, Sectors, other departments, consulting services and contractors;

· Will be responsible for aligning expectations, developing efficient and effective plan, managing project team members and stakeholders, meeting milestones, managing scope, and executing project deliverables;

· Manage a Consulting Service scope focused on Operating Model for all departments, Services Gap Analysis and implementation/roll-out planning.

· Will partner with departments leaders and staff, and execute processes mapping, services catalogue definition, service level agreements design, KPIs definition, etc

Profile

Program and Transition Manager - Major Project - Riyadh, KSA



Bachelor degree or master degree in business administration or related field;

· Experience on implementing Shared Services Organization;

· Experience on Program and/or Project Management;

· 10+ years in management role; · Leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

· Knowledge in Business Process Mapping
