Job Accountabilities
- Develop set of KPIs to monitor the performance of all employees in the assigned areas in the organization collaboration with Head of Departments and Head of Business Units
- Research and recommend key performance indicators to provide better performance management and monitoring
- Organize and run the required workshops and trainings to explain the performance management framework setup whenever needed
- Align Business Goals and Objectives with Performance KPIs by cascading them to Department & Individual levels across the group.
- Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing performance KPIs and develop strategies for enhancing the quality of these KPIs
- Work directly with Head of Departments and Head of Business Units to understand business requirements, define, and document performance goals, KPIs, and metrics
- Develop and maintain internal and management focused, KPI status reporting templates for goals and KPIs setting
Roles & Responsibilities
- Participating in creating and communicating periodic updates to the GCSO/GCEO along with clear reasoning about adopted approaches and strategies
- Assist in requirement gathering, iterations and launching and continuously tracking automated reporting and dashboards for internal performance tracking and monitoring purposes
- Onboarding and familiarizing new team members, new hires, new managers with PIH Performance Management process, system and KPI methodologies
- Perform technical assessment of the KPIs and define the related data sources & systems, recommend and manage the development and implementation when necessary
- Define the automation and data integration approaches and methodologies for SAP-PMGM module with different data sources & systems
- Responsible for the effective organization and delivery of the midyear and annual performance appraisals
- Responsible for the delivery of the annual performance calibration at all organization levels (Holding, Group, Business Units, Department)
- Act as an internal consultant for all employees as and when required in reviewing, drafting and setting highly customized KPIs.
