We are seeking an enthusiastic motivated candidate who can work in a fast-paced environment to join our team as .NET Team Leader and will be responsible for:Responsibilities:Lead the Full Stack .NET team to develop web-based software projects and desktop applications.Establish and ensure the execution of projects, deliver the highest quality systems that meet business needs.analyze and resolve technical and application problems.Contribute in code & unit test writing.Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.Prepare reports, manuals and other documentations on the status, operation and maintenance of software.Manage source control activities.Communicate with clients and other stakeholdersCreate and develop performance report, delivery methods, scope of work, and general duties records.Remain knowledgeable of current technology and carry out research to identify new trends that can be used to achieve maximum results.Resolve odds between team members and management as well as assist in addressing issues amongst team members to avoid unacceptable behaviors.
