Ensure manufacturing production systems are adequate, functional and conform to industry practices and company specifications

Provides subject matter expertise in optimizing process operating parameters and process automation design to take plant performance to beyond previous established levels.

 Applies knowledge of theories and principles to conduct process technology evaluations that help monitor the overall operational effectiveness.

  Provide coaching / training on plant integral processes and its operations or product lines (Block Diagram, PFDs, PIDs, PCSDs & Datasheets).

   Implements new and efficient technologies for enhanced process performance.

  Provides input to production planning & scheduling. Manages and ensures plant performance is effectively optimized by Historical performance data analysis combined with experience.
