Job Role: 

Prepare Bill of Quantity, tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client 

Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work 

Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies 

Allocate work to subcontractors and perform risk, value management, and cost control 

Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports 

Keep track of different building contracts currently used 

Ensure health and safety regulations are complied with at all times
