• Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components to manufatures recommendation, i.e. valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters,and lubricationsetc.


• Inform to foreman if find any abnormality.


• Basic awareness of equipment management controls.


• Awareness of cooling tower operations and repair potential problems.


• Must be able to service, repair and replace refrigeration systems including split systems, chillers, etc.


• Capable of solving problems individualy.


• Undertake a daily routine involving the physical checking of the property heating, ventilation and air-conditioning units.


• Undertake a weekly routine by checking the operational load on each component of the equipment such as the compressor and fan motor to identify any abnormality.


• Carry out preventive maintenance on all heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment
