Basis function: The Call Center Representative will be the liaison between the College and current and prospective parents. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.Key Responsibilities:Welcoming callers and parents over the phoneAnswering emails and enquiries in a helpful manner and ensuring that appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner.Liaising with all departments for any inquiry.Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely mannerFollow communication “scripts” when handling different topicsIdentify callers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternativesKeep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible wayCommunicating with parents and callers, receiving, and passing on information between parents and teachers.Follow up customer calls where necessaryHandle all tasks till the end and making sure that all tasks are resolved.Other duties as assigned
