Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Handles employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesManages the Talent Management includes recruitment and selection process, Learning & Development, Career Design,…etc.Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitalDevelops and monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.Ensures a positive working environment.Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance to achieve the concept of Performance Driven Organization.Maintains pay plan and benefits program.Leads the Training team to create & assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.Reports to management and provide decision support through HR metricsEnsures legal compliance throughout human resource management.Other duties & assignments as assigned by GM or CEO.
