The Warehouse Coordinator provides warehouse control and oversees the reception, storage and efficient delivery of the necessary materials and supplies for the facility’s operation; maintains the warehouse in optimal conditions and manage the information regarding processes, entries, losses, deliveries and products.

• Receive, prepare and issue supply requisitions according to the correct process.
• Update the warehouse storage inventory through the Microsoft AX platform.
• Update the local warehouse log regarding inventory, entries and deliveries through the weekly physical count.
• Conduct inventories of delivered items and Provide daily and monthly stock reports.
