• Manage the development and implementation of recruitment systems and processes in order to minimize HR efforts exerted and recruiting cycle time.
• Ensure the implementation and ongoing maintenance of all sources of candidates’ applications (agents, social media, website, etc...) to encourage fair and equitable employment opportunities.
• Oversee the on-boarding process to ensure the efficiency of all joining formalities and that the required orientation programs are provided in an effective manner.
• Develop, maintain and manage constructive relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high quality service delivery, tailored towards the needs.
• Participate in regular graduate recruiting cycles that will involve events on campuses, participating in employment conferences and job fairs in order to effectively represent Elaraby’s brand and attract candidates.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners on functional recruitment needs and identifies whether there are suitable internal available resources to fill vacant positions to facilitate a culture of internal transfers/ promotions and support development.
• Implement selection and recruitment strategies, tools, techniques, and methodologies, and provides support to the HR Business Partners and Line Managers in the assessment of potential candidates in order to ensure consistency across the organization.
• Screen and identify external and internal applicants for job openings to ensure that the qualifications required for the respective vacancy match with the selected applicant.
• Ensure all recruitment related documents such as CVs, offer letters, etc. pre and post recruitment are in order and as per the required standards established for the selection of the right people into the target roles.
