We are involved in real estate, construction & hospitality businesses, owning & operating four star branded hotel & ongoing construction for a five star resort in Kolasin, Montenegro.

 We are looking for a visionary General Manager to oversee our company’s overall operational processes, in Montenegro (Eastern Europe).

The GM will optimize our company's operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize output. The GM will assist in compiling the company's business plans, operations, budget and employ strategies to safeguard assets and businesses. You will compile financial reports, and control financial policies and procedures. You will team up with management to implement business strategies.

General Manager duties and responsibilities:

·      Oversee daily operations of the companies and working with the team to set company performance goals, design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

·      Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

·      Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics.

·      Cultivating and providing opportunities for rising talent within the organization.

·      Submit reports & working closely with the Executive director & President on all matters related to the business & operations.

·      Directly oversee all operations, Project manager, contractor, supervision team, administration, HR, finance & accounting, monitoring on hotel operation and coordinate with the team on management to achieve growth targets.

·      Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.

·      Maintain and build trusted relationships with key clients, consultants, contractor, service provider and vendors.

·      Performing employee reviews and developing corrective action plans if needed.

·      Developing and implementing strategies, procedures and business plans needed to enhance company growth.
