Participating in preparing the warehouse operating budget plan and presenting it to the financial manager for review and integration in the administration’s budget.Participate in preparing the warehouse management procedures manual and present it to the financial manager.Participate in setting performance standards and measures for warehouse management, refer them to direct employees, and monitor their implementation in a timely manner.Coordination with the procurement department to achieve a balance between receiving the raw materials and the possibility of storing in the branches.Conducting periodic and annual inventory for all stores.Preparing requirements for expanding warehouses and presenting them to the Director of Supply and Project Management for discussion with the senior management.Preparing the slow-moving elements report and communicating with the operations department to take the corrective action.Monitor the system of inventory control and scheduled inspection (daily / weekly / monthly) to meet administrative management goals of inventory.Prepare the monthly activity report with a focus on stock accuracy and balance of raw materials and spare parts stocks and present them to the financial manager.Conduct performance appraisals for direct employees on time
