Incident Management; processing, troubleshooting and resolving users’ requests and problems.Supporting all users in initiating and executing all required functions of Microsoft Dynamics (RMS) and POS including consulting Services.Monitor application and respond to alerts.Identify areas of improvement within application environments to increase stability and reduce administration efforts.Designing and developing user and strategic level reports.Work with users to correct recurring problems with the software.Providing consultancy RMS modules: Accounts Payable/Receivable, Inventory and Retail Headquarter.Developing Dynamics RMS modifications for standard modules.Provides training to users of new systems on any RMS area in all modules.Install and configure client computers to work with the RMS system, solve RMS technical problems, either over the phone, remotely or face-to-face.Collaborate with other IT teams (such as infrastructure team) in problem diagnosis and resolution.Monitor the RMS applications and POS to ensure service availability 24/7.Provide first-line support to Users by providing analysis and resolution for routine operational application issues.
