Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on expanding CASHU’s pillars in the Vendors and Merchants (V/M) domains with eyes set on targets and total payment volume Conduct research to identify new vendors and Merchants using various methods including but not limited to cold calls, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential V/M Arrange business meetings with prospects and lead on the process all the way through contract signature and achieving sales targets Promote the company’s products/services and assume a leading role in the company’s loyalty program “Ambassadors” Prepare V/M contracts ensuring adherence to rules and guidelines and in accordance to company policies and regulations Keep and maintain a ledger and records of sales, revenues, and TPV generated Provide feedback and sales support to both V/M, after onboarding and manage the business relationship for the benefit of CASHU and the V/M Build long-term relationships with new and existing V/M finding ways to improve on the relations creating value for CASHU Have aptitude to travel and open new territories within Egypt and Sudan in the V/M domains Liaise with different internal departments to achieve business objectives including the Operations, Marketing and Engineering departments Translates the strategic goals of business into operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales and profit
