1. To prepare executive correspondence (letters, internal memos), minutes of meeting, and reports in final format as directed by the CEO (Chief Executive Officer).


2. To develop and maintain an organized filing system for all correspondence, blank forms, and outgoing I incoming fax messages.


3. To organize and conduct routine office administration, receive visitors and direct them to proper individuals.


4. To receive incoming correspondence of the contractors and make circulation as directed by the CEO (Chief Executive Officer).


5. To authenticate all incoming and outgoing correspondence.


6. To make preparation for meetings, attendees conference room, and materials as well.


7. To specify and organize the route of the documents from the time of their receipt, and handle process for their circulation.


8. To operate office equipment such as facsimile, photocopier, and computer system.


9. To monitor the office supplies for monthly needs.


10. To manage telephone calls and appointments for the CEO (Chief Executive officer).


11. To ensure the proper filing system for all official documents.
